To subscribe to your subscription, you can use credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, Google Pay and American Express. Prepaid cards are not accepted. You can change and add payment methods directly from your personal area at any time. Remember that you must always have at least one valid payment method among those accepted.

Yes, with Subbyx you can cancel your subscription at any time, without penalties, as long as your payments are up to date. Cancellation is simple and can be done online. The subscription installment is charged on the first day of each month. You can cancel at any time during the month and you have until the 5th of the following month to return the device. The device must be returned reset, restored to factory conditions and equipped with all the accessories with which it was delivered. After the return, we will carry out technical-functional checks to ensure that: - The device is exactly the one that was delivered to you when you signed up for the subscription. - It is not blocked. - It has been correctly reset and restored to factory conditions. Cancellation of the subscription and closure of billing will only be confirmed if these checks have a positive outcome. N.B. If the device arrives blocked, we will contact you to ask you to unlock it. It is important that you do this as soon as possible because a penalty may be applied if you are late.

Inside the box, you'll find a pre-printed shipping label to apply to the outside of the package. You'll also receive an email with detailed instructions and steps to complete the delivery of your device.
